Here are the most important entities from Revelation, which constitute world governments:
• the harlot – currently rules,
• the seventh power – the USA – currently rules,
• 10 kings – will begin to destroy the harlot and take away her power – in the future,
• the eighth power – the beast – in the future,
• the beast – together with the 10 kings, will destroy the harlot, will be the eighth power, and will take complete control of the earth for 42 months – in the future.

The rise of the harlot and the beast

The beast and the prostitute were created during the reign of the first king, that is, Egypt.

How do we know this?

In Revelation 13:1-2 we have this description:

“And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads…”

These seven heads, as we read further, represent seven empires: from Egypt to the United States. Since the first head is Egypt, this means the beast already existed at that time.

Confirmation of this thesis can also be found here:

“And the beast that was, and is not, she herself is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into destruction” – Revelation 17:11.

The phrase „she is the eighth, and is of seven” is very interesting. It tells us that the beast will be the eighth king after the United States and descends from a line of seven kings. It could also mean that it was with these seven kings, meaning that empires rose and fell, and the beast constantly cooperated with them. It moved to subsequent empires. Another interesting description is that of a prostitute/woman sitting on the beast:

“And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns” – Revelation 17:3.

Since the woman (the prostitute) „sits” on the beast, both entities appear simultaneously.

Thus, we have:

• Revelation 13:1–2: the birth of the beast.

• Revelation 17:3–4: the appearance of the prostitute together with the beast.

• Revelation 17:9–10: the explanation that the seven heads represent seven kings, the first of whom is Egypt.

Hence, the conclusion is that both these entities – the beast and the prostitute – began to exist during the reign of the first of the seven kings, namely Egypt.

The harlot cooperates with the beast

Notice that the harlot sits on the beast when it has seven heads and ten horns.

Meaning:

• They work together.

Meaning:

• When the beast has seven heads and ten horns, the harlot sits on the beast until the eighth king takes the throne.

Meaning:

• The seven heads are seven empires: Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Media – Persia, Greece, Rome, and the USA.

Meaning:

• With these seven empires, there was and is a beast and a harlot (currently the seventh king is the USA). With the USA, there is also a beast and a harlot.

Meaning:

• The harlot and the beast will also be with the 10 horns, and the 10 horns are the 10 kings:

“And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads…” – Revelation 13:1–2.

“And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received the kingdom, but they will receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast” – Revelation 17:12.

Summary

The 10 horns, or 10 kings, are inspired by God to force the prostitute off her throne. Together with the beast, the kings will destroy the prostitute. This process will not be sudden or quick. The destruction will continue throughout the reign of the 10 kings.

The prophecies say that the beast will be given power for 42 months. This will be absolute power. Then it will not have to compromise with anyone, because it will receive the so-called first power from the 10 kings and the so-called second power, as the eighth king.

The prophecies mention these two levels of power:

1 – The first level of authority is currently held by the prostitute, then by 10 kings who will hand over this authority to the beast for 42 months.

2 – The second level of authority consists of the aforementioned heads of the beast, namely the seven kings plus the eighth king, the beast.

Interestingly, these seven kings – the seven heads of the beast – are part of the image of the beast upon which the prostitute sits.

In the image of the beast, there is no eighth king.

What does this mean?

1 – The eighth king is no longer associated with the harlot. The harlot sits on the beast, while seven heads and 10 kings rule.

2 – The harlot does not sit on the eighth king.

This implies that the beast will become the eighth king when the 10 kings displace the harlot from its so-called first power. Then the beast will join the 10 kings, and together they will destroy the harlot.

To gain absolute power for 42 months, the prophecies say that first the beast, along with the 10 kings, will defeat the harlot and „burn” the saints of God for a short time.

After 42 months of the beast’s rule, Christ comes and defeats the beast, the kings, and puts satan in prison for 1,000 years. The coming of Christ is the so-called parousia. Some Christians use this very term: parousia.

Note that the image of the beast with seven heads, ten horns, and a prostitute represents the structure of human rule, a fragment of human rule from the rule of the first power in Egypt to the rule of the seventh power in the United States.

Another fragment of human rule is the rule of the beast as the eighth king and the complete authority of the beast, which it receives for 42 months. This is the end of human rule on earth.

By God’s will, the prostitute is defeated by the 10 kings and the beast. Christ, on the other hand, defeats the kings, the beast, satan, evil beings, and evil people.
