The Sanhedrin rules in the form of the pharisees and sadducees. They cultivate many lies of faith. Christ comes and tells them that they are the seed of satan. He rejects their lies and introduces the light, that is, the Good News.
The first proclamation of the Good News begins with the prophet Immersionist.
Christ fully fulfills His mission. Only then does the Sanhedrin murder Him. Later, a similar fate awaits many apostles.
The next centuries are the rise of false religions that introduce false beliefs/doctrines, such as the trinity, the false name of Christ, or the worship of the virgin mary.
The proclamation of Christ is called the first proclamation. The second proclamation is announced in the Revelation of John.
Has it already been fulfilled?
Is it ongoing?
Are we still waiting for a powerful proclamation throughout the earth, to all nations and tongues?
Let’s analyze the verses.

1 – The Great Proclamation – the preaching angel

The Book of Revelation foretells a second proclamation of the Good News, which is to reach every nation and language:

„And I saw another messenger (angel) flying in/through mid-heaven, having eternal/aeonic Good News to preach to those who dwell/sit on the earth, and to every nation and race and tongue and people. And he cried with a loud voice, Fear God and give Him glory, for the hour of His judgment has come. Worship Him who made heaven and earth and the sea and the springs of waters!” – Revelation 14:6-7.

If the sequence of events occurs in order, two more angels have been sent:

„And another angel, a second one, followed, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, fallen, which made all nations drink of the wine of her fornication. And another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, mingled undiluted in the cup of His anger, and will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy Angels and in the presence of the Lamb” – Revelation 14:8-10.

We have three angels. The first is responsible for proclaiming the Good News, the second informs about the fall of the harlot, the third warns against the system of the beast.
We do not know the length of time between the fulfillment of the subsequent prophecies: proclamation, the fall of the harlot and system of the beast. In the book of Revelation 16, we have important information: people who accept the mark of the beast will have numerous punishments. When the beast is already strongly operating, as the eighth king, it closes its slave system, but the harlot is still alive. Revelation informs us that God will inspire 10 kings, who together with the beast will completely destroy the harlot.
Let me remind you. Revelation informs us that the harlot is the forces responsible for: pharmacology, wars, the credit and banking system, entertainment, human trafficking, religious/historical forgeries, etc.

2 – The beast Will Defeat the Saints

The Revelation of John informs us that the being defined as the beast/animal is given power for 42 months, and only then will it defeat the saints, and only then will the preaching of the Good News cease. From the Biblical verses it follows that only the beast (in Daniel it is the little horn) is given the opportunity to stop the preaching of true faith. No other being, king, harlot is given such an opportunity.

Let’s look at these verses:

„And I saw a beast/animal coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and on his heads a blasphemous name. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet (were) as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority. And one of his heads was mortally wounded, but his mortal wound was healed. And all the earth went in amazement after the beast. And they worshiped the dragon because he had given power to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast, and who is able to wage war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great and blasphemous things, and authority was given unto him to act for forty and two months. And he opened his mouth to blaspheme God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle. His, against them that dwell in heaven. And it was given him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and authority was given him over every kindred, and people, and tongue, and nation.” – Revelation 13:1-7.

„And the ten horns which you saw, ⌈ above/before/against/upon the beast/beast <=or=> even/and then/also the beast/beast –these will hate the harlot and will make her desolate/devastated/destroyed and naked, and will eat her flesh and burn her with fire, for God has put it in their hearts to fulfill His purpose/will(1106), and they have fulfilled one purpose/will(1106) – (then they are to) – give(1325) their kingdom/it/theirs(846) – to the beast/beast, until the words of God are fulfilled” – Revelation 17:16-17.

Who is the beast?
We know from the Revelation of John that the beast comes out of the sea, which is pictured as people/nations. It receives authority over the entire earth for a period of 42 months. It wins with the saints of God. It receives the power to act from satan. It is a kingdom, or a state. It operates together with another entity called: woman/great babylon/harlot from the reign of the Egyptian power. Egypt is the first power indicated in the Revelation of John.
We know that the harlot comes from 10 generations. The beast, on the other hand, comes out of the nations. It creates a state that is a conglomeration of many nations. The harlot creates a series of powers that lasts to the present day with the beast from Egypt.

3 – The Great Proclamation – Two Prophets/Witnesses

At some point, two prophets appear on earth who preach for three and a half times. Their preaching is a mighty authority on earth:

„And there was given me a reed like a rod, and it was said, Rise and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and those who worship therein. But leave out the court outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations (Gentiles). And they will trample the holy city underfoot forty-two months. And I will give to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy/speak/predict times/days/years (2250) one thousand two hundred and sixty, clothed/covered with sackcloth (pl. 4526). These are the two olive/berry trees (1636) and the two lampstands, standing before the Lord of the earth. And if anyone wants to do wrong to them, fire comes out of their mouth and eats up their enemies. And if anyone wants to do wrong to them, he must be killed. They have the authority to shut up heaven, that it may not rain (in) the days of their prophesying, and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood, and to smite the earth with every plague, as often as they will. And when they have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit(12) shall make war with them, and overcome them, and kill(615) them. And their dead bodies in the street of the great city, which is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord/theirs was crucified. And they see of the peoples and tribes/races and tongues and nations their dead bodies for three and a half times/days/years(2250) and they do not suffer their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. And they that dwell on the earth rejoice over them, and they are/will be glad, and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets have tormented/inflicted pain and toil on them that dwell on the earth. And after three times/days/years(2250) and half, the breath (spirit) of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet. And great fear fell upon those who were watching them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying to them, Come up here; and they went up into heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them. In that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell, and seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe is past; behold, the third woe is coming quickly. And the seventh angel (angel) sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign for eons of eons” – Revelation 11:1-15.

Let’s look at the individual steps:
1 – 10 kings plus the beast strip the harlot of power and destroy her resources.
2 – 10 kings gain power over the earth.
3 – The beast is the 8th king.
4 – Two prophets/witnesses gain enormous power on the earth. They prophesy for 1260 days, or about 42 months. They are killed only when they have completed their tasks.
5 – The beast kills the prophets. From that moment on, it gains power for 42 months.
6 – After the beast’s power, the last plagues come, the annihilation of all evil, and the thousand-year reign of Christ begins.

The work of the prophets is nothing more than a continuation of the great proclamation of the Good News on earth. If this proclamation has already taken place, it means that many prophecies from the Revelation of John have been fulfilled:
1 – The harlot has lost her power.
2 – The reigns of the 10 kings have ended.
3 – The eighth king has appeared in the form of a beast. USA has lost its power as the seventh king.
4 – The system of the beast is already here. People are receiving the mark of the beast.
5 – The harlot has been completely destroyed. She is no more.
6 – Two prophets have been killed.
In my opinion, none of the mentioned prophecies have yet been fulfilled. From this it follows that the time for the proclamation of the two prophets is yet to come.

„And this Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited world for a witness to all nations; and then the end will come (5056). When you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place, let the reader understand/hear, then let those in Judea flee to the mountains… For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not happened from the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever will” – Matthew 24:14-15 and 21.

„In the last days,” says God, „I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; even on My male and female servants in those days I will pour out My Spirit, and they shall prophesy” – Acts 2:17-18.

Here we have a command to the apostle John:
„And He said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings” – Revelation 10:11.

Let us see the sequences/individual steps of preaching, which the New Testament presents:
1. Apostle John begins the second preaching: „Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings”,
2. All those endowed with the Holy Spirit continue this preaching – Acts 2:17-18,
3. An angel is commissioned to preach the Good News to all nations and tongues – Revelation 14:6-7,
4. The preaching of the Good News is concluded by two witnesses – Revelation 11:1-15.
